Salad: Caesar salad
Entree: Ribeye with Guac-adobo, crispy potatoes, asparagus in balsamic brown butter
Dessert: Chocolate Roulade or flourless chocolate cake with raspberry coulis
Alternate entree: Salmon with an apricot mustard glaze, jasmine rice, honey orange carrots
